Home-Style Boarding With Professional Care
Welcome to Paws & Pajamas Overnight—a warm, loving overnight experience in the home of one of our professional pet sitters.
Your furry family member gets the comfort of a home environment while maintaining as much of their normal routine as possible.
Meals. Walks. Playtime. Snuggles. Naps. Bedtime.
We keep things familiar so your pet can feel comfortable while you're away.
Plus, we’ll send photos and videos during your pet’s stay so you can see how loved, safe, and comfortable they are. Your peace of mind — and your pet’s protection — is our promise.
ONE CLIENT FAMILY AT A TIME
We don't mix multiple unrelated client families together.
Your pet stays with one client family per appointment, allowing us to provide personalized attention without the stress of being surrounded by multiple unfamiliar client animals.

Additional Puppy Care Fee: $8 per day
Puppies often require additional supervision, potty breaks, cleaning, and age-specific attention.
An $8 per-day Puppy Care Fee applies to eligible services requiring additional puppy care.

PAWS & PAJAMAS POLICIES
AGE, WEIGHT & POTTY-TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
For the safety, health, and comfort of all pets in our home, dogs staying through Paws & Pajamas must:
Be over 18 months old
Be fully potty trained
Meet our breed and size guidelines
Weigh 30 pounds or less
If your dog requires diapers, they must be provided by the pet parent, and your dog should be comfortable wearing them.
These requirements help us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in our care.
Check-Out Times:
Standard Check-Out: By 12:00 PM
Extended Check-Out: From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for an additional $40
Late Check-Out: After 3:00 PM, there will be a charge of $15 per hour up to 6:00 PM.
After 6:00 PM, a full rate will apply for an overnight stay.

At Curly Tail Care, your pet’s wellbeing always comes first. When temperatures rise, humidity is high, or pavement is too hot, we may shorten outdoor walks or replace them with quick potty breaks and indoor activities like play, puzzle games, or quiet cuddle time. Our team evaluates weather, ground temperatures, breed, age, and health to choose the safest option. If you opt in to use our Fi GPS dog/cat health tracker, we can also monitor your pet’s activity levels, rest patterns, water drinking, and barking to help us tailor care and keep them comfortable and healthy.
Cats may be independent, but they still deserve personalized attention, a clean environment, fresh food and water, and plenty of love while you're away.
Our Cat Drop-In Visits provide dedicated care in the comfort and security of your cat's own home. We follow their normal routine and take the time to make sure they're comfortable, happy, and well cared for.

A Note About Our Drop-In Visit Rates
Please note that prices for Drop-In Visits are based on the travel time from your Pet Sitter’s home. The travel supplement is charged once per client household per day. If multiple visits require separate trips on the same day, an additional travel supplement may apply.
This small adjustment helps us fairly cover both the extra time and travel expenses required to provide the best care for your pets.

WEATHER SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please ensure updated vaccinations, including Bordetella, for confirmed appointments.
Curly Tail Care Company (CTCC) Cancellation Policy:
At Curly Tail Care Company, we are committed to providing flexible, high-quality care while effectively managing resources during peak times. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and holiday surcharges:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving your invoice to secure your booking.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will be released back into our calendar.

Payment & Scheduling Policy:
The remaining balance is due 7 Days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that our sitters are scheduled specifically for your appointment, and last-minute changes may cause them to lose out on other opportunities. If any adjustments are made after the 7-day period, the client will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the original invoice.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process.
2. Holiday Bookings

For major holiday appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving the invoice to secure your spot.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the start date.

Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the reservation being canceled and the dates made available for other clients.

A 25% Holiday surcharge applies (3 Days POST & PRIOR) to all major holidays.
