SERVICES WE OFFER

All our services include a complimentary 45-MINUTE Meet & Greet. For any additional Meet & Greet sessions, there will be a $25 fee

When confirming your travel dates with us, please provide the START and END TIMES for when you would like us to be at your home or for when you will need our overnight service at our location. This information helps us prepare an accurate invoice for your payment and to be able to schedule other clients.

Notice for New Pet Sitting Services:

To ensure quality care, new clients are asked to provide 1–2 weeks’ notice before their first scheduled service. This allows time for a meet-and-greet, completion of required paperwork, and time for your pets to get comfortable with our team.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE IN YOUR HOME

Looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet sitting service? Look no further! Our pet sitting service offers a comprehensive range of care options to ensure your pet is well taken care of while you’re away. We provide daily walks, tons of playtime, feedings, medication administration, plenty of pictures and videos throughout the stay and maintain a clean home environment.

But that’s not all—our service goes the extra mile by watering your plants, taking out the trash, and collecting mail or packages, keeping your home in great shape during your absence. Trust us to provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind for both you and your furry friends.

CUDDLES AFTER DARK

Overnight Rates(approximately 6PM to 7AM and a 1 hour drop-in visit between 12pm-1pm daily(14hrs):

$135 per day(up to 3 pets).

An additional $10 per day for extra pet.

24/7 SNUGGLE & STAY

24hr Overnight Rate which includes an Extended Check Out Time of 3pm($40 value)

$175 per day(up to 5 pets)

An additional $10 per day for extra pet.

Check-Out Times:

Standard Check-Out: By 12:00 PM

Extended Check-Out: From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for an additional $40

Late Check-Out: After 3:00 PM, there will be a charge of $15 per hour up to 6:00 PM.

After 6:00 PM, a full rate will apply for an overnight stay.

DROP IN SERVICE

Our drop-in visits include a 30-minute session featuring playtime, walks (weather permitting), feeding, refresh water, medication administration, and plenty of love and attention for your pets.

Single Drop-in Rate:

$35 per visit for (2)pets.
Additional pets are $5 each.
Upgrade to a 1-hour visit for $50.

Three Times the LOVE-Morning, Noon and Night Drop-In Visits:

The "Three Times the LOVE" package offers three 30-minute drop-in visits per day—morning, noon, and night. Each visit provides care, attention, and interaction for your pet. You can upgrade to 1-hour visits for an additional $30 per day, ensuring more time and personalized care.

$85(up to 2 pets) additional pets add $5 each.
AM between 7-9am
MID between 12-3pm
PM between 6-8pm

Early AM(before 7am add $10)

Late PM(anytime after 8pm add $10)

Cat Drop-In Visits:

$35-30min Single Visit or $50-60min Single Visit(both up to Two cats)
Additional cats are $5 each.
Includes litter box cleaning, refreshing food and water, playtime, and plenty of love and attention.

Purr & Play Duo: Morning and Evening Drop-in Visits

$60 per day for TWO 30 Minute Drop-In Visits(up to Two cats) or Two 60 Minute Visits for an additional $20
AM between 7-9am
PM between 6-8pm
Additional cats are $5 each
Early AM(before 7am add $10)
Late PM(anytime after 8pm add $10)
Includes litter box cleaning, refreshing food and water, playtime, hair brushing, and tons of hugs and kisses.

Travel Fee Policy for Drop-In Service:

A Note About Our Drop-In Visit Rates

Please note that prices for Drop-In Visits are based on the travel time from your Pet Sitter’s home.
This small adjustment helps us fairly cover both the extra time and travel expenses required to provide the best care for your pets.

We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued trust in our services.
Your pets’ happiness and well-being will always be our top priority!

Please ensure updated vaccinations, including Bordetella, for confirmed appointments.

Curly Tail Care Company (CTCC) Cancellation Policy:

At Curly Tail Care Company, we are committed to providing flexible, high-quality care while effectively managing resources during peak times. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and holiday surcharges:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the requested dates will be released back into our calendar.

Payment & Scheduling Policy:
The remaining balance is due 7 Days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that our sitters are scheduled specifically for your appointment, and last-minute changes may cause them to lose out on other opportunities. If any adjustments are made after the 7-day period, the client will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the original invoice.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process.

2. Holiday Bookings

For major holiday appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receiving the invoice to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the start date.
- Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the reservation being canceled and the dates made available for other clients.
A 25% Holiday surcharge applies (3 Days POST & PRIOR) to all major holidays.
